On the site of the former Kerepesi racecourse, development of a project around three poles including: a shopping and leisure area including an Imax cinema, an office building and two hotels possibly for Accor Novotel and Ibis. Surfaces of the 250 000 m2 complex including parking.
Collaboration with architects Constantini & Regembal and Fassio & Viaud, Paris. Project Manager Bouygues Hungaria.
